  • My coaching is informed by psychology, coaching research, and over a decade of experience in business, leadership development, and higher education. But mostly, it’s about presence. Listening. Insight. And change that starts from the inside.

Ways to Work Together

1:1 Coaching

We meet 1:1 (online) for 60-minute sessions — either weekly or biweekly — depending on your pace and needs.
You can bring whatever is real for you: career crossroads, leadership transitions, burnout, identity shifts, or simply a desire for more clarity and self-trust.

We start with a free, no-pressure introductory call to get to know each other and see if it’s a good fit.

Six-Session Coaching Package

This package offers a focused space for meaningful progress over time — without rushing.
It’s ideal if you’re in a period of transition, wanting clarity around a specific challenge, or ready to shift something that feels stuck.

What’s included:

  • Six 60-minute 1:1 sessions (online)

  • Light reflection prompts between sessions (if helpful for you)

  • Optional email check-ins for support in between

We’ll shape the focus around what matters most to you — and move at your rhythm.
