ABOUT ME
There is a quiet wisdom beneath the noise. Coaching helps you hear it — and trust it.
I’m an ICF-credentialed mindset coach with a PhD in Organizational Behavior, and a deep interest in how people move through uncertainty, reconnect with their inner clarity, and grow into the next version of themselves.
Before coaching full time, I worked in both business and academia — researching, teaching, and exploring what helps people thrive at work and in life. I’ve lived and worked in five countries, taught leadership development and organizational behavior in MBA and graduate programs, and continue to contribute to coaching research. These experiences shape how I show up: grounded in knowledge, but always with space for real, human complexity.
The people I work with are often in a moment of quiet in-between — not exactly lost, but not at home in their life or work either. Some are navigating leadership transitions, others feel overwhelmed or stuck, or simply crave a clearer sense of what matters most.
My coaching style is warm, thoughtful, and research-informed. I won’t give you a formula — but I will hold space for honest reflection, challenge when needed, and help you find language and direction for what’s next.
I believe you don’t need fixing — just room to listen inward.
That’s where change begins.
